Send them to Jim Jordan, the head of the Judiciary Committee, the one committee whose actual job is oversight of ICE. He took $250,000 from the company that profits every time ICE makes an arrest.
Follow The Money
ICE is on pace for the deadliest year in its history. It just set the largest single month arrest record in the history of the Department of Homeland Security. It is holding roughly 68,000 people, and most of them have never been convicted of anything. Nearly 90 percent of the people ICE holds are in for profit prisons.

They own the prisons. Every person ICE arrests lines their pockets. GEO's profit was about $32 million in 2024 and jumped to more than $254 million in 2025, an eight times increase in a single year. The company told its investors to expect about $3 billion in 2026.

He runs the House Judiciary Committee, and that committee's whole job is watching ICE. GEO Group sent $3 million to MAGA Inc., Trump's super PAC, in three separate checks. Another $250,000 went to Jim Jordan's PAC.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Federal power stops where the Constitution says it stops. States are not occupied territory.

An ICE administrative warrant is not a judicial warrant. A judge has to sign it. That protection covers every person on American soil.
Amendments 5 and 14
for all, including non citizens
The text says person, not citizen. The Supreme Court has said so repeatedly. Due process is not a reward for status.

people have died due to ICE in the 500 days since the inauguration. 24 of them died this year. 10 took their own lives.
Over the past seven years an average of 8 people a year died in ICE custody. Now it is one every 9.6 days.

arrests last month, the most in a single month in the history of the Department of Homeland Security.
Both were United States citizens. Both were killed by ICE agents in Minneapolis. Enforcement carried out without judicial warrants produced exactly the harm the Fourth Amendment exists to prevent. A judge reviewing the action first is the difference between policing and force without a check.
An FBI supervisor reportedly resigned after attempting to investigate the ICE agent involved in the Good shooting. Judicial warrants exist to close that gap before it opens.
Wrongly deported to El Salvador. Later returned to the United States. The case against him was dismissed by a federal judge. Due process resolved the question in his favor. Without it, the government had already been wrong and a man was already gone.
